DELIVERY & RETURNS
All homeware orders will be despatched within 3 days from order. Homeware will be delivered via Royal Mail second class free of charge. If you require a faster service, please email francesca@chesandco.co.uk.

We ship our homeware anywhere in the UK with free delivery. If you would like any of our pieces to be shipped internationally, please email matt@chesandco.co.uk to arrange delivery details and pricing.

If, for any reason you are unhappy with your order when it arrives then please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We are able to take returns on homeware from our collection within 14 days of delivery to you. Please email matt@chesandco.co.uk for a returns form.
If there is any damage to an item on delivery, then please do let us know and we will do what we can to help - including sending out a replacement item if required. We use the most sustainable packaging we can to wrap your piece thoroughly for its journey to prevent damage during transportation.

If we are working on a commission with you, all terms such as payment and timescale will be outlined before booking in.
