Franny
Interior Designer
Following two GCSEs, an A-Level and Degree in textiles, Franny naturally pursued a career in marketing before furlough gave the timely opportunity to take a break. Two years later, armed with a diploma in interior design, she founded Ches & Co. Franny is a natural problem solver and loves nothing more than creating spaces that really work for the people that use them so that they feel comfortable.
Finance Manager
Matt
He didn't choose the interiors life, the interiors life chose him! Matt spent seven years as a teacher (with a love of maths!) before starting his own tutoring business, On Track Tutoring. He has brought his love of numbers to Ches & Co and now heads up our finances. He's currently training to be a qualified accountant! Matt also plays an integral part in project installations - we are family run, after all!
Ali
Operations Manager
Ali joined us in August 2024 and quickly became an integral member of the Ches & Co team!
With a vast amount of events and ops experience under her belt, Ali is a dab hand at keeping your projects on track and everything reconciled whilst always bringing new ideas, systems and processes to the table. Throughout your project, Ali will keep you updated and informed so you know what's going on.
Ace
Head of Fun
This guy knows how to play - and get everyone involved! Ace is our fun-loving, snuggly spaniel and spends his days with us at the studio. If you book in an appointment, it is likely that he will be here ready to win your heart and get lots of fuss and treats while he's at it. And yes, his favourite trick is to chew off the fuzz from tennis balls. He's a cheeky boy!
Francesca has been such a huge help in us transforming our spare room into a space that we can get maximum use from, and really reflect who we are and how we want to live our lives. In the world of Pinterest boards and comparisons on Social Media, Francesca really got to the heart of what WE wanted for the room and really helped to reduce the overwhelm!
I wholeheartedly recommend Ches & Co for all of your interior design projects - a wonderful experience allround!

Ches & Co designed 3 rooms which reflected our interests, style, and outlook. Franny came up with creative and fresh ideas, which we could never have thought of on our own. Her passion for design and attention to detail was clear throughout and she took time to check we were happy with the final direction.
