TERMS & CONDITIONS

Your order

When you order from our shop either online or in person, we ask for the full amount to be paid at the time and your piece can either be taken away with you or will be despatched from us within 3 days.

If we are working on a homeware commission for you, we will send a tailored quote to you via email and ask that a 25% deposit is paid upon booking with the remaining balance to be paid on completion of the work - either when the piece is collected or delivered back to you. We can take either cash or card for this service.

For our interior design consultations, we ask that the full invoice is paid on completion of the service. For partial or full design services, we will send a tailored quote to you via email after our initial consultation. We will require up to a 25% deposit upon booking which will depend on the service that you require and the scope of the project. This will be outlined in our proposal.

Each quote is valid for 28 days. We have a pricing review 1st March and 1st September each year.

Your homeware

We often provide care guidelines that advise you on how to take care of your homeware. We are therefore not liable for any issues that may arise due to not following these guides.

We always do our best to ensure that all descriptions and images on our website and in our literature reflect each piece accurately. Sometimes this is out of our control - for example the differences in computer/phone monitor displays, but if you do spot anything that you think isn't quite right, then please do let us know as soon as possible.

​

Due to the nature of working with recycled materials, there may be some slight imperfections. This is what adds to the character of each piece and makes it truly unique. All fabrics are pre-washed to avoid shrinkage and to ensure they are clean after their previous life.

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order, please let us know within 12 hours of placing your order. We can then offer a full refund.

Gift Cards

You can buy gift cards for Ches & Co from the value of £5 - £500 via our website. If you would like a higher amount, please drop us an email and we will organise this for you. Gift cards can be used towards any of our shop pieces, commissions or interior design services.

You do not need to do anything to activate your gift card, it will work straight away. You then have 12 months from the issue date to spend the amount.

​

To spend in-person, simply show your e-giftcard on your phone. To spend online, you can enter the details on the checkout page. If you don't spend your full balance, the rest of the money will stay on your card until next time you shop with us - for 12 months after the issue date.

​

You can't swap your gift card for cash and any refunds will be issued in the form of a gift card, too. If it has expired, we are are unable to accept it.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is really important to us, so all personal data that we gather will come through enquiry, order, newsletter sign up or social media where you have initiated the interaction.

 

Your data will be stored in secure systems with password protection and used in accordance with the permissions initially given until updated - either in conversation regarding your enquiry or order, follow-up feedback or via the newsletter.
