4. Our services

We provide interior design, brand design, website design and associated services to residential and commercial clients. The specific terms of any engagement are set out in the client agreement provided to you before work begins. All services are subject to a signed client agreement and receipt of the agreed deposit. Work will not commence until both conditions are met.

5. Fees and payment

Our fees are set out in the proposal and client agreement provided to you. Unless otherwise agreed:

A deposit of at least 25% is required before work begins
The remaining balance is due on completion or at agreed milestones
Monthly retainer fees are invoiced on the 1st of each month and due within 14 days
Late payments may incur interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998

6. Cancellation

Cancellation terms are set out in your client agreement. In general:

Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced
Monthly retainers may be cancelled with one calendar month's written notice
We reserve the right to suspend work if invoices remain unpaid beyond 30 days

7. Limitation of liability

We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. However, we are not liable for:

Any indirect or consequential loss arising from our services
Any loss of profit, revenue or business opportunity
Any errors in content provided to us by the client
Any third-party products or services recommended or procured on your behalf

Our total liability in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by you under that engagement.

8. Third-party links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those websites.

9. Privacy

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
